Artists & Activists for Animal Rights Announces the Addition of "Male Chicks: The Ultimate Helpless

Austin, Texas - Artists & Activists for Animal Rights (AAAR) is thrilled to announce the inclusion of "Male Chicks: The Ultimate Helpless Victims" by Jo Frederiks to their esteemed Animal Rights Gallery. Jo Frederiks, a passionate animal rights advocate and renowned artist from Australia, utilizes her artistic talent to raise awareness and inspire change towards a compassionate world for chickens.

Jo Frederiks is a dedicated full-time artist who uses various mediums, with a particular fondness for graphite and oil paint. Having graduated with Honors from The Arts Academy in Brisbane, Frederiks has showcased her exceptional work in numerous solo, joint, and group exhibitions. Her art resonates with viewers through its sensitivity, exquisite detail, and ability to portray the unique character of each individual being. Growing up on a vast million-acre cattle station in central Queensland, Australia, Jo Frederiks developed a profound connection with nonhuman animals. This upbringing not only nurtured her affinity for these creatures but also exposed their immense vulnerability at the hands of humankind. Through her artwork, Frederiks sheds light on the hidden plight of animals that we enslave, exploit, and unnecessarily use for food, clothing, entertainment, and research.
