Updated: Aug 4

Austin, Texas, March 4, 2024 - Artists & Activists for Animal Rights (AAAR) proudly announces the addition of Sofia Kassaris, a passionate advocate for animal rights, to their esteemed animal rights art gallery.

Kassaris's thought-provoking artwork, "Would You Like Milk With That?", has earned her recognition as a dedicated artist committed to shedding light on the plight of animals in in the agriculture industry. Through her powerful sculptures created with latex and glass wax, Kassaris exposes the inhumane and harsh reality faced by dairy cows and challenges misconceptions surrounding veganism.

As a vegan herself, Kassaris's work reflects her deep-seated belief in the inherent value of every animal's life. She utilizes her art as a tool for education, inspiration, and sparking conversations about the ethical treatment of animals.

"We are thrilled to welcome Sofia Kassaris to our gallery," says Sylvie Abate, Founder at AAAR. "Her impactful artwork serves as a poignant reminder of the suffering endured by animals in factory farms and aligns perfectly with our mission to promote compassion and awareness."

The addition of Kassaris to the AAAR gallery reinforces the organization's commitment to providing a platform for artists who use their creativity to advocate for animal rights. Through art and music, AAAR aims to raise awareness about animal welfare issues and inspire positive change.
